What is cucsOsEthBondModeBalancedTLBIgmpResendCount?

On an EthBondModeBalancedTLB object -- the adaptive transmit load-balancing (balance-tlb) bonding mode configuration applied to an Ethernet bond interface -- cucsOsEthBondModeBalancedTLBIgmpResendCount is a Gauge32 counter/value representing how many times this bonding mode resends IGMP membership reports after a failover. An admin monitors this number because it quantifies the internal progress or configuration of that specific EthBondModeBalancedTLB instance's operation, which is otherwise invisible outside UCS Manager's own FSM engine. For example, a rising or stalled value on cucsOsEthBondModeBalancedTLBIgmpResendCount tells the admin whether the EthBondModeBalancedTLB instance's task is actively making progress or has stopped moving forward.
