This is the Distinguished Name (Dn) of an ARPTarget object -- the full hierarchical path UCS Manager assigns to uniquely address one ARP probe target (a host to ping via ARP) used by an ARP link-monitoring policy inside the management information tree. Because a UCS domain can contain many ARPTarget instances at once, the Dn is what lets an admin or an alarm/event message point to exactly one of them rather than the class in general. For example, seeing a specific cucsOsARPTargetDn value in a fault or a polled table lets an admin jump straight to the underlying ARPTarget instance that raised the issue, instead of having to search the whole tree for it.
