What is cucsNetworkOperLevelMaxPrimaryVlanCount?
This OID reports, as a Gauge32, the maximum number of primary private VLANs the Fabric Interconnect supports at its current operational scale level. An admin compares this ceiling against the current primaryVlanCount to know how much private-VLAN headroom remains before hitting a hard platform limit. For example, before provisioning several new isolated tenant networks using private VLANs, an admin checks this maxPrimaryVlanCount to confirm there's enough capacity left.
