What is cucsNetworkLimitActualCount?
This OID reports, as a Gauge32, the actual current usage count of the resource that this Limit object tracks a ceiling for on the Fabric Interconnect. An admin compares this actual count against the paired upperLimit field to see how close a particular VLAN, port, or ASIC resource is to running out of headroom. For example, if actualCount is climbing toward upperLimit on a given Limit row, the admin knows to plan a cleanup or a hardware upgrade before that resource is exhausted.
