Because IfStats instances are addressed by concatenating RNs down the management tree, an admin uses this value together with the parent DN to reconstruct exactly where this instance sits. For example, two IfStats instances that share the same parent will report different cucsNetworkIfStatsRn strings, letting a script tell them apart even when their other property values look identical.
