What is cucsNetworkElementOperEvacState?
This OID reports, via the CucsNetworkEvacState enumeration, the actual, currently observed evacuation state of the Fabric Interconnect, as opposed to the admin-requested target state. An admin compares this operational state against the adminEvacState field to confirm a requested evacuation has actually taken effect before proceeding with maintenance. For example, an admin who set adminEvacState to request a drain waits until operEvacState confirms the evacuation is actually complete before power-cycling that fabric switch.
