What is cucsNetworkElementOobIfMask?
This OID reports, as an InetAddressIPv4 address, the subnet mask applied to the Fabric Interconnect's out-of-band management IP address. An admin checks this mask together with the OOB IP and gateway to confirm the dedicated management interface is configured for the correct subnet. For example, a mask mismatch here would make the switch treat some genuinely local management-network addresses as remote, routing that traffic through the gateway unnecessarily.
