This OID reports, as a TruthValue, whether an admin has forced immediate evacuation of traffic off the Fabric Interconnect rather than waiting for a graceful drain. An admin sets this field to true only when a switch needs to be taken offline urgently and there isn't time to wait for the normal, graceful evacuation process to finish on its own. For example, during an emergency hardware replacement an admin forces evacuation to immediately push all traffic to the surviving fabric switch instead of waiting minutes for connections to drain naturally.
