This OID reports, as an SnmpAdminString, the Relative Name (RN) of the managed object that a Ref object — a pointer record that an imported configuration reference ("moref") uses to point at another managed object — points at. An admin uses this RN together with the Ref object's own DN to work out which other object in the management tree this reference actually resolves to. For example, an import that references a service profile by RN uses this field to record which specific service profile instance the import expects to find or recreate.
