This OID reports, via the CucsFsmCompletion enumeration, whether the internal task represented by an ImportRootFsmTask object — one internal task queued and run by the ImportRootFsm workflow while it carries out a configuration-import operation — has completed and how. An admin checks this per-task completion state when troubleshooting a stuck workflow, since one workflow instance can queue several tasks and any single one of them can be the one still pending. For example, finding one FsmTask row still marked not-complete while its sibling task rows all show complete narrows a stuck workflow down to that one specific internal task.
