This OID holds a free-text snapshot of the overall FSM status, recorded directly on an ImportRoot object — the top-level record UCS Manager keeps for one configuration-import ("moref", managed-object-reference) operation that is restoring a previously exported configuration, so the status is visible without a separate lookup. An admin polls this field as the quickest single check of whether an ImportRoot object currently has an in-progress, completed, or failed workflow attached to it. For example, a script that walks every instance of ImportRoot in a UCS domain can filter this one field to list only the objects with a failed status, instead of cross-referencing a separate Fsm table for each one.
