An admin uses this timestamp to see how fresh the object's FSM status is without joining to the separate Fsm class table, which matters when deciding whether a stuck-looking status is actually still active. For example, if this fsmStamp value is hours old while the fsmStatus field still claims work is "in progress," that mismatch tells the admin the ImportRoot workflow likely died silently.
