What is cucsMorefImportRootFsmStageDescr?

This OID holds a free-text snapshot description of the current or last workflow stage recorded directly on an ImportRoot object — the top-level record UCS Manager keeps for one configuration-import ("moref", managed-object-reference) operation that is restoring a previously exported configuration. An admin reads this denormalized copy of the stage description straight off the parent object, without needing to separately query the underlying Fsm/FsmStage class rows, for a quick status check. For example, polling just this one OID on an ImportRoot object during a change window gives the admin the same plain-language stage detail that would otherwise require a second query against the ImportRootFsm table.
