This OID reports the overall stage status, via the CucsFsmFsmStageStatus enumeration, of the workflow driven by an ImportRootFsm object — the finite-state-machine record that drives the workflow of one ImportRoot configuration-import operation from start to finish. An admin polls this value to see at a glance whether the ImportRootFsm workflow is still in progress, has completed successfully, or has thrown an error, without needing to inspect every individual stage. For example, a monitoring dashboard can flag any ImportRootFsm row whose fsmStatus reports an error state so the admin investigates that specific workflow before it silently retries and fails again.
