What is cucsMgmtControllerFsmStageStageStatus?

This reports the completion state of just this one stage (for example pending, in-progress, skipped, failed, or completed) as opposed to the FSM-level status covering the whole workflow. For the management controller (the CIMC on a blade or rack server, or the CMC on a chassis I/O module) that owns this FSM record, this is the field that pinpoints exactly which step of a controller-level lifecycle job such as a firmware activation, a hard reset, or a decommission/recommission cycle is the one currently blocking progress. A stage sitting at 'failed' while later stages read 'pending' tells an admin the whole job is blocked right there.
