This enumerated field reports whether the DIMM blacklisting (memory fault-isolation) feature is currently active on the server whose the inventory/identity record for an embedded management controller (a server's CIMC, a chassis's CMC, or an IOM controller) this is. When enabled and functioning, this feature lets the server automatically map a faulty memory module out of use at boot rather than the whole server refusing to boot or randomly crashing from a bad DIMM, and an admin checks this field to confirm that protection is actually in effect on a given blade. A server that has already blacklisted a failing DIMM and rebooted successfully around it reports an active/enabled-with-fault value here rather than a plain not-supported value.
