It is the single field most admins actually glance at first when checking on a CfgExportPolicy, since it renders the same underlying state machine that Progress/FsmTry/FsmStamp track numerically as a plain sentence. A running job would show something like 'Backup in progress' here, changing to 'Completed' or an error phrase like 'Backup failed: unable to reach remote server' once the workflow finishes or fails.
