What is cucsMgmtCfgExportPolicyFsmStageOrder?
This Gauge32 value is the fixed sequence number of one individual stage inside the FSM workflow of a CfgExportPolicy export run within its parent job's overall FSM workflow. Because a CfgExportPolicyFsm always runs its stages in a set order, this Order value is what lets an admin (or a monitoring script pulling every stage row for one job) reconstruct which stage happens before which, and confirm the workflow is progressing forward rather than jumping around. Stage 1 might be the initial connectivity check, stage 2 the local data collection, and a later stage number the final remote-file transfer and cleanup.
