This free-text field holds the human-readable description string that the FSM tracker attached to one execution run of a CfgExportPolicy export generates to summarize what it is currently doing. UCS Manager fills this in automatically as the workflow runs, so an admin watching the FSM tracker for tonight's run of the nightly-cfg-export policy sees a live, plain-English caption of the current step instead of just a numeric progress percentage. For example, the text might read something like Executing local backup or Connecting to remote server while that step is active, then update once the step finishes.
