Choosing the wrong value here on a Backup is a common way admins end up with a backup that cannot actually restore what they expected — a config-only backup cannot recreate operational state the way a full-state backup can. Common values are full-state (everything needed for disaster recovery), config-all, config-system, and config-logical for narrower configuration-only exports.
