What is cucsMgmtBackupFsmTaskSeqId?
This Gauge32 value is the sequence number identifying one low-level task queued inside a stage of a Backup job's FSM workflow among the other tasks queued under the same FSM stage. It gives UCS Manager (and an admin inspecting the raw task list) a stable ordering for tasks that were all queued to the same stage at once, so the transfer-setup task can be distinguished from the transfer-execute task that must run after it. The first task queued for a stage gets seqId 1, the next task queued right after it gets seqId 2, and so on.
