This enumerated field records whether one low-level task queued inside a stage of a Backup job's FSM workflow has finished executing. Because a single FSM stage of a Backup job can fan out into several individual tasks, this per-task completion flag is what lets an admin (or UCS Manager itself) tell that every task queued for the current stage has actually finished before it advances the stage's own StageStatus to success. The value is simply completed once the task's work is done, or not completed while it is still queued or running.
