This Gauge32 value works together with the Schedule setting to control how often backup/export runs triggered through the external destination binding attached to a scheduled backup/export policy recur. An admin adjusts this on a BackupExportExtPolicy when the base schedule interval (daily, weekly, etc.) alone isn't fine-grained enough — for example to skip every other cycle and effectively halve how often the destination actually receives a new archive. A value of 1 means every scheduled cycle produces a run against this destination; a value of 2 would mean only every other scheduled cycle does.
