What is cucsLstorageSecurityOperState?

This is the actual operational state of drive security on this controller right now, as opposed to the admin's requested state. An admin compares this to the admin state specifically to catch a case where encryption was requested but hasn't actually taken hold operationally, e.g. due to a key server outage. An operState of unlocked alongside an adminState of enabled would indicate the drives are still unprotected even though encryption was requested.
