This boolean controls whether disk zoning assignments made under this policy persist across service profile disassociation, at the reusable-policy level rather than per deployment. Because this is the template every profile referencing it inherits, changing this one flag affects the disassociation behavior of every service profile that uses this shared zoning policy at once. Leaving this false means every profile built from this policy will have its SAS disk zoning cleared automatically whenever it's unbound from its current server.
