What is cucsLstorageDiskGroupQualifierUseJbodDisks?

This setting controls whether physical disks currently in JBOD (unconfigured, pass-through) state are eligible to be pulled into this disk group's automatic drive selection. It matters because a fresh server ships with drives in JBOD or Unconfigured Good state, and without this enabled the storage profile's qualifier would skip them and fail to find enough eligible disks. For example, setting this to allow JBOD disks lets a newly racked blade with all-JBOD drives still successfully build a RAID5 group the first time the service profile is associated.
