What is cucsLstorageDiskGroupQualifierNumGlobHotSpares?

This is the count of global hot spares the Disk Group Policy pulls in, spares shared across the whole storage controller rather than tied to one disk group. Unlike a dedicated spare, a global spare can rebuild any failed drive on the controller, so this value tells an admin how much of the controller-wide spare pool this particular policy is claiming. If this is set to 2 on a server with 8 drive bays, two of those bays are reserved as shared rebuild spares usable by any RAID group on that controller.
