This Gauge32 is this virtual-media boot entry's numeric rank among the other boot-order entries in the same policy. During an OS install, admins temporarily rank this entry first so the server boots the mounted installer ISO ahead of an empty local disk, then typically revert the boot order afterward so the installed OS's disk entry takes priority again. A value of 1 makes the mounted virtual media the first thing this policy's server attempts to boot from.
