The peerStatus reports the activation state of the equivalent license instance on the other fabric interconnect in the cluster, letting an admin spot a mismatch where one node is licensed and its peer isn't. If this fabric interconnect shows the feature licensed but peerStatus shows the other one unlicensed, failover to that peer would lose the feature.
