The fsmRmtInvErrCode is the numeric error code returned when this license instance's activation had to invoke an operation on the peer fabric interconnect and that remote invocation failed. A non-zero value here would tell an admin the peer switch rejected part of the cross-cluster license activation, not just the local one.
