The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLicenseInstanceFsmRmtErrCode is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS license:InstanceFsm:rmtErrCode managed object property', but the 'rmtErrCode' property name together with its Gauge32 type tell us this column, on the FSM that tracks a license instance's activation/deactivation transitions, holds the rmtErrCode as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The rmtErrCode carries the numeric error code returned by a remote peer (typically the other fabric interconnect) if the FSM that tracks a license instance's activation/deactivation transitions had to coordinate a license operation across the cluster and that peer reported a failure. A non-zero code here (versus the default 0) signals that the peer fabric interconnect rejected or failed part of the license operation.
