The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLicenseFileName is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS license:File:name managed object property', but the 'name' property name together with its SnmpAdminString type tell us this column, on an uploaded UCS license file, holds the name as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The name is the filename of the license file as it was uploaded to the fabric interconnect (for example a Cisco PAK-issued .lic file), which is how an admin correlates a license row here with the actual file they downloaded from Cisco's licensing portal and pushed into UCS Manager. An admin auditing licensing might see a value like 'CiscoUCS_License_A1B2C3D4.lic' here.
