The MIB's DESCRIPTION for cucsLicenseFileFsmTaskSeqId is only the auto-generated stub 'Cisco UCS license:FileFsmTask:seqId managed object property', but the 'seqId' property name together with its Gauge32 type tell us this column, on one internal task queued by that license-file install FSM, holds the seqId as UCS Manager's data model defines it, exposed here as a read-only SNMP value (read-only). The seqId is this task's sequence number within the license-instance FSM's task list, which is what lets UCS Manager (and anyone reading this table) reconstruct the exact order tasks ran or are scheduled to run in.
