What is cucsLicenseFeaturePolicyLevel?
This is a Gauge32 recording how many levels down the UCS organizational hierarchy the effective policy governing a licensable feature definition on this UCS system was resolved from. Because UCS lets policies be defined at org-root and overridden in child sub-organizations, this number tells an admin whether a licensable feature definition on this UCS system is using a locally-defined setting or one inherited from a parent org, which matters when troubleshooting why a change made in one org didn't take effect elsewhere. A value of 0 means the policy is defined at org-root itself, while a higher number (e.g. 2) means it was resolved two sub-organizations deep.
