What is cucsLicenseFeatureIntId?
This is an internal numeric identifier UCS Manager assigns to a licensable feature definition on this UCS system when it is created, distinct from the admin-facing name. It exists so UCS Manager's internal database can reference a licensable feature definition on this UCS system even if its human-readable name or Dn later changes, and it is mainly useful when cross-referencing UCS Manager's internal fault/event logs to a specific object. You would typically see a plain integer here, such as '4128', rather than anything an admin chose.
