What is cucsFirmwareSystemServicePackState?
This is the general service-pack management state for the domain, the service-pack analogue of this System object's own state field. It gives the baseline readiness of the domain's hotfix-management subsystem independent of any single service-pack rollout in progress. It is checked alongside servicePackOperState to distinguish steady-state readiness from an active rollout.
