OID (symbolic): CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-FIRMWARE-MIB::cucsFirmwareImageFsmDescr
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.22.14.1.7
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: SnmpAdminString
Access: read-only
Description: Cisco UCS firmware:Image:fsmDescr managed object property
What is cucsFirmwareImageFsmDescr?
This is a short human-readable description of the current step in this specific Image object's own finite-state-machine workflow, kept as a flattened summary directly on the Image object. Unlike the Downloader's FSM, which tracks a network transfer, this Image-level FSM tracks what UCS Manager is doing with the file itself once it has already arrived, for instance extracting it from a bundle or validating its checksum, and this field gives an admin a plain-text look at that specific step. While a newly arrived bundle is being unpacked into its individual component images, this might read something like 'Extracting image' until each component file is confirmed present.
