This reports the administrative state requested for this stored image -- essentially whether an admin has marked it, for example, to be deleted from the local repository. An admin cleaning up disk space on a fabric interconnect's bootflash sets this on the specific older images they no longer need, and UCS Manager purges only the images so marked rather than the whole repository. Setting this to a deleted/remove state on an old 4.1(3a) image while leaving newer images untouched frees local storage without disturbing images still referenced by active service profiles.
