What is cucsFirmwareDownloaderFsmTaskCompletion?
This reports the completion state, such as scheduled, executing, or complete, of this one specific internal task within the download job's FSM. An admin can check this to see whether a particular queued internal step of the download, as opposed to the job's overall status, has actually finished running yet. A completion value of 'executing' means this specific internal task is currently running, even if the overall Downloader job's high-level status still just reads 'in progress.'
