What is cucsFirmwareDistributableImagePresence?

This reports whether the actual firmware image files for this package are present in local storage, or whether only the package's metadata record exists without the underlying binaries. An admin relies on this to distinguish a fully-downloaded package ready for activation from a catalog placeholder entry that still needs its images fetched before it can be used. It might read missing right after a package's metadata syncs from the catalog feed but before the actual image download has started.
