What is cucsFirmwareComputeHostPackConfigQualifier?

This reports whether this host firmware policy's configuration is fully qualified and usable, or has an issue, such as a missing bundle reference, preventing it from being associated with a service profile. An admin checks this when a service profile fails to apply a host firmware policy, since a disqualified policy explains an association failure that would otherwise look unrelated to firmware at all. A value flagging a missing blade bundle reference would explain why associating a profile using this policy fails immediately.
