What is cucsFirmwareChassisPackOverrideDefaultExclusion?
This boolean lets this chassis firmware policy deploy to chassis subcomponent types that are normally excluded by default, such as fan modules, per the domain's ChassisComponentSpec rules. An admin sets this when a specific chassis bundle release includes a mandatory fan-controller firmware fix that needs to reach hardware even though fan updates are excluded by default in normal rollouts. It would be turned on temporarily to push a fan-module firmware fix bundled into an otherwise routine chassis update.
