What is cucsFabricVsanLocal?
This is the fault-aggregation counter for the fabric-local instance of this VSAN, as opposed to its global definition. When a VSAN is scoped to just one fabric interconnect, a fault specific to that fabric's local copy shows up here, letting an admin distinguish a Fabric-A-only VSAN problem from a domain-wide one. A VSAN pinned only to Fabric B with a local zoning fault on that fabric would show a non-zero value here while the VSAN's global fault counter stays at 0.
