What is cucsFabricVsanEpLocale?
This reports whether this specific VSAN endpoint binding is on the external, SAN uplink, or internal, server backplane, side of the fabric interconnect. This lets an admin isolate just the external array-facing bindings of this VSAN from the internal server-facing bindings when troubleshooting connectivity that's specific to one side or the other. A binding carrying this VSAN out to a storage array shows locale external, while the binding to a blade's vHBA shows internal.
