What is cucsFabricVlanEpOverlapStateForB?
This is the same per-endpoint overlap check as above, but for Fabric Interconnect B. Together with the A-side field, this lets an admin see, endpoint by endpoint, exactly which physical ports on which fabric side are impacted by a given VLAN ID collision, rather than treating the whole VLAN as uniformly broken. A port on Fabric B carrying a VLAN with no ID conflicts there would show this field as no-overlap even while the same VLAN's Fabric-A binding shows overlap due to a Fabric-A-only naming clash.
