What is cucsFabricVlanEpOperState?
This is the operational (actually-applied) state of the VLAN specifically on this one endpoint binding, as opposed to the VLAN-wide operational state. A VLAN can be successfully applied on most of its endpoints but stuck in a failed or pending state on just one specific port, say due to a hardware limit on that expansion module, and this per-endpoint field is exactly where an admin would spot that one bad port among many good ones. VLAN 'Prod-200' might show operState applied on 15 of 16 endpoint bindings but failed on the 16th if that port's VLAN table is full.
