What is cucsFabricSubGroupLicState?
This value is the current licensing state of the ports in this specific sub-group. An admin reads LicState here to know whether its member uplink ports are properly licensed, in a grace period, or unlicensed and at risk of being administratively disabled. For example, LicState showing grace-period on this sub-group flags ports that need a license added soon.
