What is cucsFabricSanCloudFsmProgr?
This value reports the current SAN cloud FSM's progress as a percentage. An admin watching a SAN-cloud switching-mode change, which reboots FC uplink ports and can take several minutes, uses this percentage to distinguish a slow-but-normal transition from one that is actually hung at zero. For example, FsmProgr at 65 midway through a transition looks healthy, while staying at 0 for ten minutes would prompt escalation.
