What is cucsFabricNetflowMonExporterTransportProtocol?
This enumerated value states the actual Layer 4 protocol, UDP or TCP, this exporter uses to send flow packets. Most NetFlow/IPFIX collectors expect UDP; setting this to TCP against a UDP-only collector will prevent any flow data from being delivered even though the exporter reports itself as active. A value of 'udp' means this exporter ships flow packets over UDP.
