What is cucsFabricNetflowMonExporterRefOperNfMonExporterName?

This is the operative (currently resolved) exporter name actually being used, as opposed to the configured NfMonExporterName. Comparing the two catches a stale reference, for example right after an exporter rename, where flows might still be shipping to the old exporter name until resolution catches up. If NfMonExporterName is 'nfExp1-old' but OperNfMonExporterName is 'nfExp1-new', that gap flags an unresolved rename.
